Recently, GAC Toyota responded to the “Brake Nod Relief System” for the ninth-generation Camry. The “Brake Nod Relief System” does not require additional payment to use, and will be equipped on the new ninth-generation Camry model. The specific equipped models are subject to mass production.
Guangzhou Toyota said that the system is not a “brake”, but a function developed to improve passenger comfort during braking. It effectively controls the vehicle’s pitch angle by appropriately distributing braking force between different wheels, reducing the “nodding” phenomenon of the vehicle and making the braking process smoother, without the need for additional payment. The display vehicles at the Guangzhou Auto Show are prototype vehicles, and the functions displayed on the vehicle screen are all for testing purposes.
This system will be installed on the all-new ninth generation Camry model, and the specific model to be installed will be subject to mass production.
