Beijing Benz Automobile Co., Ltd. has filed a recall plan with the State Administration for Market Regulation for certain domestically produced A-class and C-class vehicles produced between June 8, 2022 and August 22, 2022, totaling 34 vehicles, starting from January 12, 2024, in accordance with the “Regulations on the Management of Recalls of Defective Automobile Products” and the “Measures for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Management of Recalls of Defective Automobile Products” as required by the State Administration for Market Regulation.
IT Home recalls the reason: Beijing Mercedes-Benz Automobile Co., Ltd. will replace the ESP unit for vehicles within the recall scope for free through authorized Mercedes-Benz dealers to eliminate safety hazards. Authorized dealers of Beijing Mercedes-Benz Automobile Co., Ltd. will notify the relevant vehicle owners of the recall through registered mail and other means.
