IT Home reported on December 5th that the pre-order volume of the WENJIE M9 car has exceeded 33,000 units and will be officially released at the end of the year. According to the news from Yiche, the WENJIE M9 will be officially released on December 26th. The release will mainly introduce the various functions and performance of the WENJIE M9, including the processor, high-definition display screen, sound effects, million-pixel headlights, AI Pangu large model, and practical applications in various scenarios.
The M9 takes inspiration from “the soaring ambition of the Kunpeng,” with the “Kun” shape as the body design, headlights and taillights encircling the visual centerline, creating a visual form of “Kunpeng spreading its wings.”
IT Home noticed that the pure electric version and extended-range hybrid version of the car have been declared by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Some media reports that the car will be officially launched in December and is expected to be priced between 500,000 and 600,000 yuan (83970$).
In addition, the car is also equipped with rear-wheel steering, digital headlights, 800V fast charging, HarmonyOS 4.0 cockpit, independent entertainment screen for the co-pilot, rear light field screen, co-pilot queen seat and other high-end configurations, and will be equipped with air suspension + CDC as standard across the board.
The M9’s body dimensions are 5230/1999/1800mm, with a wheelbase of 3110mm and tire sizes of 265/40 R22 and 285/40 R22.
