On December 15th, @Lynk & Co announced that the new 09 EM-P model will start pre-sale at 19:30 on December 20th, positioning the car as the “super electric SUV flagship.”
From the appearance, the new car has adjusted the styling of the intake grille and the decoration of the intake ports on both sides compared to the current model, which is similar to the previously released long-range version. For reference, the current long-range version measures 5042/1977/1780 mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2981 mm.
According to the car media “Zhidian Travel” disclosed, Lu Xin, the general manager of Lynk & Co, claimed that this car “invested a lot of money”, totaling nearly 3 billion, and the dual-chamber air suspension invested “over 60 million”. The second-row seats of the new car will be equipped with heating, ventilation, and massage functions, and can be “completely flat”, and the third-row seats also support electric adjustment. The new car will be equipped with a dual-chamber air suspension jointly customized and developed by Lynk & Co and Kong Hui, and will be equipped with a 2.0T plug-in hybrid system, with an expected acceleration time of 4 seconds per 100 kilometers.
In addition, the car will be equipped with a power battery consistent with the current model, with a capacity of 40.1kWh, providing a pure electric range of 160km. According to IT Home’s previous report, in June of this year, Lynk & Co launched the Lynk 09 “Asian Games Executive Edition” large five-seater SUV model, changing from three rows of seats to two rows of seats, and the installation position of the second-row seats is further back, providing more space for second-row passengers.
