On December 16, the Geely Galaxy E8 officially began pre-sale at the 2023 Geely Car Users Conference. The new car offers 5 models: 550km Pro, 550km MAX, 665km Starship Long Range Edition, 665km Starship Smart Edition, and 620km Starship Performance Edition, with a starting pre-sale price of 188,000 yuan (26550$). Prior to the launch, customers who pre-order can enjoy a deposit inflation gift, with 1000 yuan (140$) being equivalent to 6000 yuan (850$). For Geely old users who pre-order the Galaxy E8 before the launch, there is also a 10,000 yuan (1410$) purchase subsidy. The new car will be officially launched and delivered in January 2024.
At this press conference, the Geely Galaxy E8 presented many highlights. Geely Galaxy showcased the new “Galaxy panoramic smart cockpit” for the first time. As the first mainstream pure electric car under the SEA architecture, Geely Galaxy E8 becomes a true “Chinese new generation pure electric flagship” with its new flagship architecture, new flagship cockpit, new flagship driving control, new flagship safety, and new flagship design.
