On January 1st that the pure electric MPV model Xiaopeng X9 was launched tonight, with a starting price of 359,800 yuan (50730$). Xiaopeng Motors announced that the launch event is not over yet, and the pre-orders for Xiaopeng X9 have already exceeded 5,000 units.
IT Home has detailed the configuration of this new car. The car’s length, width, and height are 5293/1988/1785, with a wheelbase of 3160mm, and it adopts a 2+2+3 seat layout, with an interior area of 7.7 square meters. The third row of seats supports one-key electric magic storage, further expanding the internal space, and can be folded to create a large platform for the trunk. In addition, the car adopts the global 800V platform, front and rear integrated aluminum casting, XNGP and other core technologies, and becomes the world’s only MPV model with standard rear wheel steering, and is equipped with intelligent dual-chamber air suspension.
In terms of intelligent driving, the Xiaopeng X9 is equipped with 29 intelligent driving perception components, including front dual-laser radar, cameras, millimeter-wave radar, ultrasonic radar, etc. In addition, the vehicle is also equipped with dual Orin-X chips, with a computing power of 508Tops. In terms of power, the Xiaopeng X9 is equipped with front and rear dual motors, with maximum power of 235kW in the front and 135kW in the rear, maximum torque of 640N·m, 0-100km/h acceleration in just 5.7s, and a top speed of 200km/h. The CLTC pure electric range provides three versions: 610km, 640km, and 702km.
