This means that, following the first batch of verification certificates obtained by Xingjiyuan ES, Xingjiyuan has once again been honored – Xingjiyuan ET has become the first new energy SUV model to pass the “NESTA Six-Dimensional Electrical Safety” technology verification, further demonstrating its safety strength.
For new energy vehicle users, electrical safety can be said to be one of the most concerned issues. In the hot and humid summer, whether high-power charging is easy to cause spontaneous combustion, whether the vehicle’s involvement in water/grounding/repeated fast charging will affect the battery life… These are all the focus of user concern. It conducts safety verification tests on six aspects of whole vehicle charging safety, whole vehicle electromagnetic safety, whole vehicle functional safety, whole vehicle high-voltage safety, whole vehicle battery safety, and whole vehicle fire safety, which can be described as the most comprehensive and highest testing standards in the field of new energy vehicle electrical safety testing projects in China. Xingjiyuan ET was awarded the “NESTA Six-Dimensional Electrical Safety” certification, becoming the first new energy SUV model to pass the verification, demonstrating its strength.

Battery system bottom support protection verification When driving on unpaved roads, it is easy to bottom out and scrape the bottom, which will directly impact the vulnerable bottom of the battery pack. In order to create a comprehensive and all-around safety, Star Era ET used 1300MPa hot-formed steel on the bottom of the battery pack, underwent equivalent of 800,000 times of speed bump vibration tests, mechanical impact exceeded the national standard by 50 times, and successfully passed the battery system bottom support protection verification. In addition to the dynamic impact protection verification of the battery system, Star Era ET comprehensively verified the safety of the entire vehicle battery from the three dimensions of water immersion, bottom support, and dynamic impact, providing powerful protection for users who pursue mountains, seas, and distant travels with super waterproof and super crash-resistant performance.
Battery System Dynamic Impact Protection Verification The self-ignition accidents of new energy vehicles always easily touch everyone’s nerves. In order to dispel consumers’ heavy concerns, Xingjierun ET does not stop at the national standard requirement of “no fire or explosion within 5 minutes”. Gel thermal insulation pads are placed between each battery cell in the battery system, mica boards are arranged on the top of the battery cells, and a scientific exhaust path and active cooling system are designed through simulation analysis to prevent thermal runaway and thermal spread in the battery pack. In the test at the China Automotive Technology and Research Center, Xingjierun ET’s entire vehicle bottom was subjected to 130 seconds of high-temperature baking, and no thermal runaway occurred, successfully passing the whole vehicle heat diffusion safety protection verification, verifying the vehicle’s fire safety capability at the whole vehicle level.

In complex electromagnetic environments, charging processes, high-voltage transients, etc., comprehensive testing of vehicle electromagnetic safety was carried out. Through vehicle function and high-voltage safety verification, it ultimately successfully obtained the authoritative “NESTA Six-Dimensional Electric Safety” certification with excellent test results, allowing users to face high temperature, high humidity, heavy rain, rough road conditions, and other driving environments without electric safety anxiety, making travel more comfortable.
