This new car is the first model under the BMW Neue Klasse platform, with the internal code NA5/NA8, adopting pure electric drive, and is planned to be released in 2025.
The new generation BMW iX3 adopts a similar front-end design to the concept car Vision Neue Klasse, with significant changes compared to the current models, possibly indicating a new family design for BMW.
From the side of the car, the new car’s waistline has been raised, using the hidden door handles commonly used in new energy vehicle models. The rear window position adopts the Hofmeister kink design, and the details of the tail are temporarily unrecognizable. In terms of power, the new iX3 is expected to adopt a single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor all-wheel drive system. The entry-level model may be named iX3 40, and a high-performance iX3 M version is expected to be launched.
