The total annual car sales for Dongfeng Motor Corporation Limited were 151,263 units, an increase of about 15.78% compared to the previous year.
In the field of new energy, Dongfeng Motor Group sold 24,120 new energy passenger cars in December, with a total of 303,929 units in 2023, a 5.1% decrease year-on-year. IT Home has announced the sales volume of car companies for December/2023: SAIC Group sold 5.02 million vehicles in 2023, a 5.3% year-on-year decrease, ranking first in China for eighteen consecutive years. The sales of new energy vehicles in 2023 reached 1.123 million, ranking second among Chinese car companies. In December, the sales of new energy vehicles reached 219,000 units, SAIC Volkswagen’s monthly sales reached 20,538 units, and the ID family sold 19,000 vehicles in December, with a total of 109,700 vehicles in 2023. Hongqi brand’s retail sales in 2023 exceeded 370,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 29.5%, with new energy retail sales exceeding 85,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 135%. FAW-Volkswagen’s terminal sales of vehicles in 2023 exceeded 1.91 million, a year-on-year increase of 4.8%. FAW Toyota’s retail sales were 800,018 units in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 4.1%, with a production of 802,666 units. Changan Automobile’s total sales in 2023 exceeded 2.55 million units, with sales of new energy vehicles under its own brand exceeding 470,000 units, overseas sales of its own brand exceeding 230,000 units, and Deep Blue Automobile delivering 18,338 units in December and a total of 136,912 units in 2023. Changan Qiyuan delivered 6,926 units in December, breaking through 40,000 units in cumulative sales. Jaguar Land Rover’s domestic sales in 2023 were 106,377 units, a year-on-year increase of 25%. BMW Group delivered a total of 2,555,341 BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce vehicles globally in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 6.5%, and sold 824,932 BMW and MINI vehicles in the Chinese market in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 4.2%.
