Huawei and BAIC’s smart car brand has been confirmed as “Xiangjie,” with the first model positioned as a mid-to-large-sized sedan, set to be officially released before the Beijing Auto Show in April. In addition, Huawei’s smart car brand with JAC will be called “Ao Jie,” and three large cars are in development, covering sedans, SUVs, and MPVs. The first car will be released as early as Q4 2024.
The National Intellectual Property Administration website shows that Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. applied to register the trademark “享界” in May last year, with international classification as “12 – transportation equipment”. It was successfully registered in November last year, while the “傲界” trademark has not been successfully registered. In addition, Huawei has also successively applied for multiple “界” word trademarks, including Zun界, Qiang界, and Cheng界, but it is still unknown which specific models they will be applied to.
Huawei’s Executive Director and CEO of the Terminal BG, as well as Chairman of the Intelligent Car Solutions BU, Yu Chengdong, previously mentioned at last year’s Guangzhou Auto Show that there will be two more “worlds” after Wenjie and Zhijie, each coming from Beiqi and Jianghuai. According to the 1865 trademark announcement of the State Intellectual Property Office, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. recently transferred multiple “STELATO” trademarks to Beiqi New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. The transfer application has been approved. It is revealed by insiders that “STELATO” is the English name of Huawei’s collaboration with Beiqi Zhixuan brand, corresponding to AITO and LUXEED, just like Wenjie and Zhijie. Currently, the configuration and appearance information of the Hongmeng Intelligent Travel new car is still unknown, and IT Home will continue to follow up and report on it.
