According to 36Kr’s PowerOn report, the redesigned SUV model M7 from Wanjie is expected to be launched in the second quarter of 2024, with known changes to its appearance adopting the family design language. At the same time, the redesign of M5 is also in progress. The report also stated that Huawei has set a sales target of 600,000 vehicles for 2024 after internal calculations. In addition to the Wanjie M7, the flagship SUV Wanjie M9, released at the end of last year, will also become a major sales force.
Insiders reveal that Huawei expects to sell over 10,000 units of the M9 per month. Additionally, the M8, a model based on the M9 platform, will be launched in the second half of next year. As of the time of writing, Huawei has not responded to inquiries from IT House.
