Recently, we learned from the official website of Jianghuai Ruifeng that their new MPV model, Ruifeng RF8, will be officially launched on January 31. The new car offers two power systems: fuel and plug-in hybrid. Currently, the new car has started pre-sale, with a pre-sale price range of 16.99-23.99 million yuan.
In terms of appearance, the new car has a relatively square exterior design, and the overall visual effect is very atmospheric, yet stylish. The front face of the Ruifeng RF8 adopts a large grille design with a large amount of chrome decoration. The body side lines are simple, with chrome trim to enhance the three-dimensional sense of the car’s side. In addition, the new car will offer four front face designs with different Chinese style charm, including Lingkong, Longlin, Qingyun, and Shanguang.
The Rui Feng RF8 looks relatively straight from the side, and also uses appropriate chrome trim to highlight its luxurious texture. The rear and third rows also provide privacy glass to ensure privacy. The overall length, width, and height of the vehicle are 5215mm*1895mm*1830mm, with a wheelbase of 3100mm, which is slightly longer than the Buick GL8, but still belongs to the golden size of a medium to large MPV.
The rear design of the Ruifeng RF8 appears relatively average, with a significant difference from the eye-catching front grille. The new car will be equipped with the latest HarmonyOS 4.0 system, which is very powerful. It supports apps, online music, online navigation, and intelligent voice interaction system.
In terms of seating layout, the Ruifeng RF8 will offer users two types of seating layout: 6 seats and 7 seats. The seats have sliding tracks underneath, allowing for different cabin modes for various travel scenarios. In terms of power, in addition to providing traditional 2.0T fuel power, it also provides a plug-in hybrid version. This power is composed of a 1.5TDHE engine + 3DHT + P1 + P3 motors + large capacity battery, with the engine’s thermal efficiency reaching 44.26%, a battery capacity of 44.5kWh, a system comprehensive power of 310kW, and a comprehensive torque of 745Nm. The P3 motor has a maximum power/torque of 160kW/350Nm, the P1 motor has a maximum power of 100kW, and the transmission system is matched with the same level 3DHT gearbox, with a comprehensive range of over 1200km.
