On January 22, the Polestar brand held the Polestar 4 regional launch and user delivery event in Beijing, marking the official start of nationwide bulk delivery for the Polestar 4.
The new Polestar 4 has a price range of 29.99-39.99 million yuan, and has announced a limited-time recommended rights program and basic rights protection.
The new car is positioned as a pure electric high-performance SUV, with a disruptive exterior design comparable to a supercar and a spacious interior surpassing mid-size SUVs. With a 0-100 km/h acceleration of 3.8 seconds, a 34-meter braking distance, and a transient lateral acceleration of 1.49G, the Polestar4, powered by Polestar OS technology, provides consumers with pure driving pleasure and a new intelligent experience of “car and driver in one” in the high-end electric vehicle field. The Polestar4 is available in two technical specifications – single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor all-wheel drive – and four configurations. With the comprehensive delivery of the Polestar4, the Polestar brand’s channel layout, replenishment planning, and service experience have been upgraded. As of now, 55 Polestar Spaces have been established nationwide, with plans to increase to 120 by the end of 2024, including Polestar brand centers, brand space stores, and brand experience centers. In terms of replenishment, Polestar plans to complete 60 self-built charging piles in the first quarter and access over 550,000 charging piles to cover 331 prefecture-level cities, achieving a 98% urban coverage rate. With brand-built charging piles, sharing ultra-fast charging piles with high-end brands, and selected public replenishment stations as the three main support points, users can easily access worry-free replenishment experiences through the Polestar App.
