The new Geely Emgrand has been declared by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The updated model has made minor adjustments to its appearance details.
Two car models have been declared, both equipped with a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine produced by Aurora Bay, with a maximum power of 93kW and a displacement of 1499ml. One model has a curb weight of 1265kg, while the other is 1195kg. In terms of size, the new car has a length, width, and height of 4638*1820*1460mm, with a wheelbase of 2650mm.
Compared to the current model, the new Emgrand has changed the silver brand logo, including the straight waterfall chrome trim inside the polygon format and the lower bumper shape has been upgraded compared to the current model, while the rear shape remains basically the same as the current model.
IT Home found that the current guide price for the Geely Emgrand is 6.99-12.98 million yuan, with a family sales volume of 26,108 vehicles in January, an increase of 69% month-on-month and 74% year-on-year, and a cumulative sales volume of over 10,000 vehicles for 146 months, with a total sales volume exceeding 3.8 million vehicles.
