Ideal Car just announced on its official Weibo account that the cumulative delivery of the family five-seat flagship SUV Ideal L7 has exceeded 150,000 vehicles. Since the first complete delivery month, the monthly delivery volume of Ideal L7 has continued to exceed 10,000 vehicles. The latest data shows that Ideal L7 delivered 13,341 vehicles in January and a total of 2,621 vehicles from February 1st to now.
Ideal L7 is the fourth model under the Ideal brand, which was released on September 30, 2022 and went on sale on February 8, 2023. It offers three versions: Air, Pro, and Max, with prices of 319,800 yuan (44470$), 339,800 yuan (47260$), and 379,800 yuan (52820$) respectively. The Pro and Max models will begin delivery in March 2023, while the Air model will begin delivery in April. Earlier this year, Ideal L7 / L8 / L9 all launched promotional activities, with different versions of the models reduced by 33,000 to 38,000 yuan (5280$). The Max models of Ideal L7 and L8 also come with a free 21-inch wheel, while Ideal L9 offers electric pedals for free. If the wheel and electric pedals are canceled, the price can be reduced by another 5,000 yuan (700$).
The luxurious mid-size SUV Ideal L7 has a comprehensive range of 1315km in CLTC conditions, a pure electric range of 210km, and an acceleration of 5.3 seconds per 100 kilometers. The Pro and Max models are equipped with Ideal Magic Carpet air suspension, while the Air model is equipped with CDC continuously variable damping shock absorbers. According to IT Home’s previous report, Ideal Motors announced at the beginning of this year that it would update the configuration of the Ideal L series models, and the 2024 models will be released in March and start delivery. Ideal Motors delivered a total of 376,030 vehicles in 2023, marking the first time that a Chinese new energy vehicle company has delivered over 300,000 vehicles in a year, with deliveries exceeding 50,000 vehicles in December last year.
