On March 6, 2024, Changan Qiyuan launched the A07 genuine fragrance version, which is a pure electric version with two options for 515km and 710km of range. The new car has three models with prices ranging from 13.59-15.99 million yuan.
The Changan Qiyuan A07 Zhenxiang version, as a new model, still maintains the design of the current model. In terms of appearance, the new car adopts the “Fu Guang” design language, using a simple and clear through-type LED light strip, as well as split-type headlights, combined with a highly aggressive front bumper design, making the entire front of the car look lower and more sporty, which also fits the current design elements and accurately captures the aesthetic perception of young consumers.
The side of the car features a sleek and sporty design, incorporating various lines to create a powerful and youthful look. It also operates with hidden door handles and frameless door design, popular among young people. In terms of size, the new car measures 4905/1910/1480mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2900mm, defining it as a midsize sedan.
The rear of the car also reflects its sporty nature, especially the trunk lid, designed with a built-in small ducktail shape, which also looks more in line with the cognition of young consumers. The taillights use a continuous LED light strip, and the overall recognition is relatively high. The new car will use a hatchback tailgate design, with an opening height of 1.1 meters, making it more convenient to take items.
The interior still maintains a minimalist design, with almost no physical buttons and most functions integrated into the 15.4-inch central control screen. The interior materials are carefully chosen, with soft materials used in most touchable areas and the car roof covered in suede material, enhancing the sense of luxury.
The 15.4-inch central control screen is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 automotive-grade chip, with a resolution of 2.5K. It also supports smartphone interconnection, app downloads, online navigation, online entertainment, remote OTA, voice interaction, and external car calling. The entire car’s UI interface has been upgraded and optimized for smoother and more convenient use.
In terms of safety configuration, the new model will come standard with L2 level driving assistance system, including lane departure warning, active braking, forward collision warning, rear collision warning, low-speed driving warning, on-board driving recorder, road rescue call, 360° panoramic image, chassis perspective, full-speed adaptive cruise, reverse side warning, lane keeping assist, lane centering assist, and road traffic sign recognition.
In terms of other features, the newly released Zhen Xiang version is equipped with electric suction doors, a 16-speaker sound system, front seat massage, and 19-inch Michelin sports wheels.
The newly launched Qiyuan A07 electric version has a maximum power of 258 horsepower and a maximum torque of 320 Nm. The CLTC range of the new car is 515km and 710km.
