On April 18, FAW Toyota officially launched the 2024 Gravia, with 7 models priced from 29.98 to 41.68 million yuan. The biggest highlight of the 2024 Gravia is the introduction of a four-wheel drive version of the MPV for the first time in China. Additionally, the intelligent configuration has been upgraded to provide users with more options.
In terms of appearance, the 2024 Grevia still uses Toyota’s iconic honeycomb grille, with sharp scythe-shaped headlights on both sides, complemented by chrome trim extending forward, giving it a more impactful overall look.
The irregularly shaped LED taillights of the car have a distinctive look, while the rear bumper features a honeycomb design and chrome trim for added sophistication. The 2024 Gravia four-wheel drive version will be equipped with Toyota’s E-Four four-wheel drive system, with the E-Four logo displayed on the rear. This is the highlight of this model, as the system can automatically adjust torque distribution based on road conditions to improve vehicle stability and safety.
Inside the body, the 2024 Gravia is equipped with a 10.25-inch central control screen and adds digital key function. In terms of intelligence, the new Gravia is equipped with a new generation of intelligent car system, using the Qualcomm 8155 chip, with 4 times the computing power, supporting voice interaction chat-style continuous dialogue, no need to repeat wake-up. Navigation services can recommend route books, check weather along the way, group outings, real-time intercom, and other functions. The new generation intelligent car system supports CarPlay/CarLife/HiCar three major mobile wireless interconnections, and all series are equipped with Toyota T-Pilot intelligent driving assistance system, further upgrading intelligent configuration. In terms of comfort, the new Gravia is equipped with integrated aviation seats, with a maximum sliding range of up to 816 mm on the slide rail. At the same time, the seats support massage function, can also be equipped with heating, ventilation function, and with electric leg rest, balancing comfort and practicality. In terms of space, Gravia can adjust to 2 seats, 3 seats, 4 seats, 5 seats, 6 seats, 7 seats, a total of 6 seat layout forms. With all 7 seats in use, the trunk volume reaches 525L.
In terms of power, the new Gravia features a four-wheel drive system and THS II 2.5L intelligent hybrid system, with a maximum power of 139kW and peak torque of 236Nm, achieving a fuel consumption of 6.13L per hundred kilometers.
