JETOUR’s new plug-in hybrid SUV, JETOUR Mountain and Sea T1, design rendering exposed, continues popular square design, inherits JETOUR off-road series aesthetic concept, positioned as A+ level plug-in hybrid SUV, will debut on April 22.
From the design drawings, the Jietu Shanhai T1 front inherits the family style, while using a highly recognizable digital light and shadow grille design, overall orderly. The “petal-shaped” headlights create a deep sense of space, with clear levels and increased recognition. The grille through the light strip design is innovative and quite unique. It is understood that when the vehicle is started, the light strip will flicker rhythmically, as if interacting with the driver and passengers, full of technology.
On the side of the car, the designer inherits the family’s “three-section” body design, with a sharp and firm shoulder line full of dynamism and power, complementing the full-bodied shape to create a strong visual impact and shape a dynamic and stable body image. The rear end echoes the front face, maintaining a unified style while adding coherence and beauty to the overall design through meticulous treatment.
In terms of powertrain, the Jetour Shanhai T1 may be based on Chery’s Kunkun super energy hybrid C-DM technology, equipped with Chery’s 1.5TGDI hybrid special engine, matched with 1DHT gearbox. Data shows that the thermal efficiency of this engine is as high as 44.5%, compared to the average thermal efficiency of around 35% for conventional fuel vehicles. The transmission efficiency of Chery’s 1DHT is as high as 97.6%.
