At the 2024 Beijing Auto Show, Great Wall Cannon launched the “world’s first high-end luxury off-road new energy pickup” SHANHAI Cannon Hi4-T, leading the trend of new energy pickups with high performance, ultra luxury, and ultra fun.
The Mountain and Sea Cannon Hi4-T adopts a high-end off-road exclusive longitudinal P2 hybrid structure, equipped with a 2.0T+9HAT super hybrid system, maximum comprehensive power of 300kW, maximum comprehensive torque of 750N·m, and 0-100 km/h acceleration in just 7.15 seconds.
The Mountain and Sea Cannon Hi4-T has three power modes: pure electric, hybrid, and intelligent. It is equipped with a 37.1kW·h battery, with a pure electric range of 100 km and a total range of 780 km. It has a combined fuel consumption of 2.5L/100km and features a 50kW high-power DC fast charge, charging from 30% to 80% in just 26 minutes, making it worry-free for long trips or daily commuting. The Mountain and Sea Cannon Hi4-T cabin is covered with soft materials and features electric leather seats. It introduces the innovative rear electric guest adjustment, along with luxurious features such as a 14.6-inch central screen, 12.3-inch instrument panel, and 64-color ambient lighting, providing a quiet and comfortable high-quality third space for the whole family. The innovative use of double rear surrounds, hidden rear door seams, and full-sealed design, combined with double-layer soundproof glass and rear spoiler, enhances NVH performance.
The Great Wall Cannon always prioritizes safety as the greatest luxury. The Mountain and Sea Cannon Hi4-T is equipped with an L2 level intelligent driving assistance system. The super high-strength body adopts a cage design, capable of withstanding 4.2 times the static pressure of the large roof of the vehicle. Innovative use of a dual battery layout effectively avoids battery collisions. The battery pack is designed to be dust and water resistant, ensuring no leakage or short circuit when wading. The selection of ultra-new heat insulation materials can withstand temperatures of 1200°C. Under gasoline flames, it can burn continuously for 70 seconds without ignition or explosion. It is a truly safe and reliable new energy off-road pickup truck.
The Hi4-T equipment is equipped with hardcore off-road configuration, using a lightweight non-load-bearing chassis; it has three locks, BorgWarner 4A+MLOCK intelligent four-wheel drive, factory-equipped water fording throat, 18-inch off-road AT tires, 12500-pound T-MAX front winch and other equipment; factory-equipped with 3.3 tons of trailer qualification, reserved 24 matrix anchor points, supports 5.5kW high-power external discharge, unlimited expansion of outdoor luxury off-road scenes.
At this auto show, the Shanhai Cannon Hi4-T version, part of the “Dalilun Cannon” three-piece set, made its debut alongside the Great Wall Cannon, becoming the highlight of the Great Wall booth with its new energy off-road pickup.
