During the 2024 Beijing Auto Show, the 2024 GAC New Energy E9 officially launched. The new car is positioned as a large MPV, with 4 models available, priced from 31.98 to 40.98 million yuan. Additionally, a four-seat high-end version is offered at a pre-sale price of 799,000 yuan (110270$). Customers who order the Exclusive Edition from April 25th to May 5th can enjoy a limited-time price of 29.98 million yuan.
In terms of appearance, the new GAC Trumpchi EnPulse E9 continues to use the awakened lion front face design, with ten vertical chrome decorative bars on the front grille, coupled with sharp front headlight design, giving it a very imposing look and high recognition.
Arriving at the side, the waistline runs from the front headlight to the taillight, creating visual coherence. The D-pillar, along with the black B and C-pillars, forms a floating roof design. The vehicle design is square, and the 18-inch dense spoke wheel design enhances the car’s temperament. In terms of dimensions, the 2024 GAC New Energy E9 measures 5212/1893/1823 mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 3070 mm.
Arriving at the rear, the new GAC Trumpchi E9 tail lights feature a horizontal through design with vertical cuts, creating a cohesive look and adding depth to the rear end.
In terms of interior, the new car continues to use a symmetrical layout, with soft touch materials everywhere and a crystal gear lever, enhancing the overall quality. The 2024 GAC New Energy E9 comes standard with ventilated and heated seats, memory function, leather steering wheel, electric sliding doors, and power tailgate.
In terms of power, the 2024 Trumpchi new energy E9 is equipped with a 2.0T plug-in hybrid system, with a maximum power of 274kW and peak torque of 630Nm. It has a 25.57kWh battery pack, with a pure electric range of 106 kilometers under WLTC conditions and a total range of 1032 kilometers.
