On April 29, Lynk 08 EM-P LYNK Flyme Auto 1.4.0 was officially launched. Lynk Co-Pilot Navi intelligent navigation assistance system was upgraded with 12 new smart driving functions, including driving, parking, entertainment, and officially opened the high-speed NOA navigation driving assistance function.
The Lynk & Co 08 EM-P integrates two Huawei Kirin A1000 chips, with a computing power of 116 TOPS. It is a high-performance visual solution for mainstream L2+ advanced parking systems, with 27 high-performance perception hardware components to enhance driving convenience in more scenarios.
High-precision, high-coverage self-developed full-stack high-precision map, covering over 100 daily use scenarios of national highways/elevated roads, with centimeter-level positioning accuracy, maintaining map freshness through frequent updates. Multiple signal dynamic updates while driving provide real-time support with double verification, achieving an anxiety-free, trustworthy intelligent driving experience. After this update, Lynk & Co’s NOA advanced intelligent driving navigation assistance can operate at speeds of 0-150 km/h on closed roads, autonomously overtaking, switching lanes on highways, and autonomously entering and exiting ramps to assist users in reaching their destination. Furthermore, the new version adds a preset strategy for merging onto main roads to handle different traffic scenarios and improve the success rate of autonomous merging. In addition to autonomous lane changing, it also supports manual lane changing and voice-controlled lane changing.
The Lynk & Co NOA can navigate tight turns with a radius of 50m, giving a reminder before entering the turn for smooth handling. When encountering large vehicles or when the front vehicle crosses the line, the Lynk & Co NOA will intelligently avoid them.
As one of the few models equipped with 4D millimeter wave radar, the Lynk 08 EM-P has high measurement capabilities, accurately identifying high-chassis trucks, trailers, and more. The EMA emergency steering avoidance assistance can accurately identify vehicles, motorcycles, and pedestrians traveling in the same direction, assisting the driver in steering to avoid danger. The ACC adaptive cruise control system can recognize static false braking vehicles at speeds up to 120 km/h, working with large brake discs and the IPB intelligent integrated braking system to achieve safe braking without “nodding.”
APA fully automatic parking function is now available, supporting horizontal, vertical, and diagonal parking spaces. During the reversing process, PEB parking emergency brake assist will detect and assist in braking the rear area of the vehicle, reducing the risk of reversing collisions.
After upgrading to APA automatic parking, users can move the vehicle with the UWB key, then activate the RPA one-click remote parking function to park the vehicle from outside. When retrieving the vehicle, it can also automatically park out by sensing the position of the UWB key. The AR-HUD interface adds a map projection function, supporting small map, intersection zoom map, and traffic light countdown display; the instrument view adds “map view” and “smart view”, where “map view” can project the map onto the instrument panel, and the map interface can be opened by three-finger swipe.
The functionality of the intelligent voice assistant has been enhanced, supporting specific functions such as USB music, account center, and camping space in addition to voice lane changes. The current 1.4.0 version has been officially released, with the first batch of Lynk & Co NOA advanced intelligent driving navigation assistance opening in areas covered by high-precision maps in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Guangdong.
