The new “Hongqi Guoli” model has officially launched, which is the previously announced Hongqi L5 model with a 4.0T V8 engine, priced at 7.18 million yuan.
In terms of appearance, the Hongqi National Tribute pays homage to the classics with a retro styling. The two circular headlights have an independent design, creating a strong visual impact. The large chrome grille is very imposing. The new car measures 5980/2090/1710mm in length, width, and height respectively, with a wheelbase of 3730mm. As a nearly 6-meter-long car, paired with large chrome alloy wheels, it looks stable from the side. Both the side and rear of the car do not have overly complex designs, pursuing simplicity and stability.
In terms of interior design, a straight-through central control panel is used, including a full LCD instrument panel and a large central control screen. The central control panel focuses on decorative creation, using traditional Chinese lacquer and embroidery craftsmanship, with a quartz clock set in the center of the air conditioning vent. The entire steering wheel is also in a retro style, including classic chrome decorations at the bottom. Surrounding the gear shift lever, there are plenty of control buttons arranged for convenient and quick operation by the driver at any time.
In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a 4.0T V8 turbocharged engine, with a maximum power of 388 horsepower and a maximum torque of 530 Nm. The comprehensive fuel consumption is 15.2L/100km, with a top speed of 220km/h.
