The BYD Qin L was officially launched on May 28, 2024. It comes in 5 different configurations, with prices ranging from 9.98 to 13.98 million yuan. The new car is equipped with the brand’s latest fifth-generation DM technology, with a maximum comprehensive range of 2100km.
BYD Qin L adopts the design concept of “New National Tide Dragon Face Aesthetics” in its exterior design, with a large front grille adorned with dot matrix elements, creating a striking visual effect. The sharp front headlights, along with the upper and lower air intakes, bring a nice sense of impact to the front face. In addition, the coupe-like shape and through-type taillights give the entire vehicle a stronger sense of fashion and sportiness. In terms of power, the BYD Qin L is equipped with a plug-in hybrid system consisting of a 1.5L engine and an electric motor, featuring BYD’s fifth-generation DM technology. The engine has a maximum power of 74 kW, a maximum torque of 126 N·m, and a thermal efficiency of 46.06%. In terms of batteries, depending on the model configuration, two capacities of 10.08 kWh and 15.87 kWh are provided, with corresponding CLTC pure electric range of 80 km and 120 km, and a comprehensive range of up to 2100 km.
