On July 10, SAIC Motor Corporation Limited held the 23rd meeting of the 8th Board of Directors and announced the resolution: Mr. Wang Xiaoqiu was elected as the Chairman of the 8th Board of Directors. Mr. Jia Jianxu was appointed as the President of the company, with the same term as the current Board of Directors.
