Today, Zeekr Smart Technology launched the new Zeekr 009. It comes in left-hand and right-hand drive versions. The price in mainland China ranges from 439,000 to 469,000 yuan (64510$). In Hong Kong, after a trade-in subsidy, the retail price starts at 755,000 HKD.
The new Zeekr 009 shows more than surface changes. It features internal upgrades. Now, we can call them the Zeekr 009 family. The new models include the Glory Edition, a 6-seat executive version, and a 7-seat aisle version.
The new Zeekr 009 features an 800V high-voltage architecture. It comes with the latest 5C Kirin battery. The model with the 108-degree 5C Kirin battery offers a maximum range of 740 kilometers. It charges from 10% to 80% in just 11.5 minutes. A 10-minute charge provides a range of 500 kilometers. The version with the 140-degree Kirin battery extends the range to 900 kilometers. All versions of the new Zeekr 009 upgrade to high-performance silicon carbide electric drives. The dual-motor all-wheel-drive version accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in only 3.9 seconds. The new car has a braking distance of 36.6 meters from 100 to 0 km/h. It achieves a maximum score of 76 km/h in the moose test.
The all-new Zeekr 009 features a front double wishbone and rear integrated multi-link independent suspension. It comes standard with CCD electromagnetic shock absorbers and upgraded dual-chamber air suspension. This setup enhances both handling and comfort. The Zeekr 009 includes laser radar across all models. It uses the latest generation of Mobileye’s intelligent driving solutions. The high-speed NZP launches immediately and covers over 95% of user cities. The new vehicle debuts with a 720-degree active safety warning system. It monitors the external driving and parking environment with 360-degree alerts. It also provides 360-degree safety monitoring inside the cabin. The in-cabin life detection feature uses advanced millimeter-wave radar technology. It accurately identifies breathing responses and provides timely alerts.
The all-new Zeekr 009 features ultra-soft Nappa leather in the rear seats. The seats measure 0.7 meters in width, the widest in the MPV segment. They support up to 16 adjustments. The seats include headrest speakers, heating, ventilation, and massage functions. The new model also offers an Eames lounge chair mode. The backrest adjusts to 132 degrees. The front of the seat cushion rises by 20 millimeters. The leg rest lifts to 90 degrees. Together with the footrest behind the front seats, it creates a flat surface for full leg and foot extension. The vehicle includes more than just seats. It features a color TV, audio system, and refrigerator. The 15-inch central control screen in the front and the 17-inch entertainment screen in the rear both use the latest dual-layer OLED, similar to the iPad Pro.
The new Zeekr 009 features two independent 8295 cockpit chips. It integrates the KR AI model. This upgrade boosts the Zeekr voice assistant EVA to AI EVA. Its interaction capability evolves.
