The new generation Cadillac XT5 has just been revealed. The design and size received upgrades. Let’s take a look at the changes.
The new model features upgraded exterior details compared to the current version. It retains the diamond-cut design but presents simpler and sharper body lines. The iconic Cadillac shield grille remains. The new model also adopts the latest split headlight design from the family. Like the CT6, it will likely offer impressive welcome lighting when unlocking the vehicle.
The new car retains the current model’s wheelbase. The all-new XT5 features a continuous waistline design. This design makes the side appear longer. The black trim on the side skirts and the shiny multi-spoke wheels enhance the side’s depth and luxury.
The new car measures 4888mm in length, 1957mm in width, and 1694mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 2863mm. Compared to the current model, the length increases by 75mm, the width by 54mm, and the height by 12mm. It looks more substantial.
The rear of the car continues the classic design of the XT5. However, the new model features richer lines. It uses a V-shaped design, enhancing its sporty appearance.
The car will use a 2.0T engine. It will produce a maximum power of 169 kW. Buyers can choose between a two-wheel drive and a four-wheel drive version.
