On November 15, the 2024 Guangzhou Auto Show opened. Cadillac launched the new XT6, a luxury six-seat SUV for all terrains. The new model comes in three versions: Luxury Executive Classic, Premium Executive Black Label, and Platinum Executive Black Label. The price ranges from 349,900 to 409,900 yuan (56600$), a 100,000 yuan (13810$) drop from the official guide price. Additionally, the new XT6 offers the strongest trade-in policy. It is the first in the industry to not limit any brand. Customers can receive up to 45,000 yuan (6210$) in trade-in subsidies.
The Cadillac XT6 debuted in 2019. It is the only SUV in its class with a three-row, six-seat layout. The new XT6 achieves a 74% high “usable space” rate. It upgrades to fully functional, independent second-row executive seats. It also features the only electric third-row, six-seat configuration in its class.
The new XT6 features the highly praised Hummingbird chassis across all models. Higher trims include the RTD Hummingbird electronic real-time damping adjustable suspension and the Twin-Clutch vector all-wheel drive system. This setup achieves a 50:50 front-rear weight balance. It also integrates a variable cylinder 2.0T + 48V mild hybrid system and boasts a class-leading turning radius of just 5.9 meters. Additionally, the new XT6 enhances active safety. The top trim offers a full-color HUD head-up display, APAII + 360° all-mode intelligent automatic parking, and the rare Night Vision system.
