Top smart driving reaches the 200,000 market. The Xiaopeng P7+ has a clear position from the start. It aims to provide more users with the spaciousness and comfort of a luxury sedan. At the same time, it allows fuel vehicle users to enjoy the fun of advanced smart driving.
In the 2024 Smart Driving Brand Satisfaction Survey, Xpeng Motors topped the rankings with a 28.55% support rate. This success stems from the P7+, which features the industry’s only fully equipped advanced smart driving system—Turing AI Smart Driving. During the Spring Festival, 93.18% of P7+ owners used the smart driving function for their journeys home. The smart driving penetration rate reached 99%, with the longest single trip covering 10,850 kilometers. As the industry and products evolve, smart driving penetration continues to rise. Fuel car owners are migrating. The report states that for every three Xiaopeng P7+ sold, one comes from a fuel car trade-in. Among these, 40% are owners of German and Japanese brands. This shows that many fuel car owners now understand and accept pure electric vehicles.
Xpeng has made significant efforts in energy consumption and replenishment for new energy. The ultra-thin 800V battery pack performs well, allowing 72% of owners to charge once a week. Xpeng’s self-operated charging network now covers 420 cities nationwide. It has over 2,060 self-operated stations and more than 10,750 self-operated charging piles. The network also connects to over 99,000 third-party charging stations.
Users appreciate the space and configuration of the Xpeng P7+. It offers an 88% usable area and a spacious 1-meter legroom for both front and rear passengers. They can comfortably stretch their legs. The P7+ boasts a class-leading 2221L expandable space, fitting 33 20-inch suitcases easily. It provides a space experience that surpasses SUVs. Moreover, the Xpeng P7+ is the only model in its class with standard four-seat ventilation, heating, and massage. Rear seat massage usage reaches 83%. The total duration of heating and massage for all four seats exceeds 10,000 hours. Young families drive market changes. One in four test drivers places an order. Among Xpeng P7+ users, 25.7% order without comparing competitors. Users born after 1995 make up 76%, and 75% are married. These figures reinforce the P7+’s positioning as a “young family” vehicle.
At the end of the sharing session, XPeng Motors launched the 2025 spring limited color change service. The new colors “Twilight Sand Red” and “Morning Glow Yellow” cater to young users’ desire for personalization.
