On April 7, Beijing Off-road launched its first range-extended hybrid SUV, the BJ40 Range Extender. The official price ranges from 179,800 to 199,800 yuan (27400$). It offers two configurations: the standard version and the Magic Core Electric Drive advanced version. After national subsidies and trade-in incentives, the starting price drops to 154,800 yuan (21230$). The event also announced sales policies, including a 55,000 yuan (7540$) off-road equality gift package and a 40,000 yuan (5490$) launch gift.
