On May 7, the Avita 12 2025 officially launched. The new car offers two power types: pure electric and range extender. It features six model versions. The official price ranges from 269,900 to 429,900 yuan (59400$). During the launch period, the price drops to 259,900 to 419,900 yuan (58020$). The new car adds a Daihong interior color and two 21-inch sport wheels. The Ultra pure electric all-wheel-drive version has a price of 309,900 yuan (42820$). It includes Huawei’s three LiDAR sensors, a British audio system with 25 speakers, 21-inch multi-spoke sport wheels, and CDC dynamic damping shock absorbers.

The new Avita 12 features a Daihong interior color inspired by traditional Chinese hues. Its low-saturation design balances boldness and subtlety. The cabin includes a birch wood trim on the central console, charcoal gray accents, Nappa leather, and a microfiber suede headliner, creating a high-quality environment. The Ultra extended-range version adds a smart electric door package, which includes electric doors and front door welcome logo lights, enhancing technology and convenience. Additionally, the popular 20-inch turbine wheels from the Avita 11 are available as an option on the new Avita 12, catering to users’ personalization needs.

The Avita 12 features Huawei’s QianKun ADS for intelligent driving assistance. It uses Huawei’s three-laser radar solution. This setup covers a 300° range and achieves centimeter-level perception accuracy. The end-to-end system architecture enables intelligent driving assistance from parking space to parking space. Huawei’s QianKun CAS 3.0 system supports full-speed AEB for active braking and integrated obstacle avoidance. The VPD parking valet function becomes more practical as usage scenarios expand. In terms of power, the new car offers both range-extender and pure electric options. The pure electric model boasts a range of up to 755 km. The four-wheel-drive version delivers a maximum power of 402 kW and torque of 687 N·m, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds. The range-extender model features the Kunlun smart range extender system and CATL’s Xiaoyao super battery. Its pure electric range reaches 245 km, with a total range of 1155 km.

The new car maintains Avita’s tradition of tech luxury. A 35.4-inch 4K panoramic screen spans the front seats. A 15.6-inch central control screen features Huawei’s 4.0 smart cockpit system. The front row includes the only dual zero-gravity seats in its class. These seats feature ergonomic designs and offer three levels of ventilation and heating, along with an 8-point massage function.
