2026 Leap C10: Dual Powertrain, 605 km Range, and Advanced Tech Features

On May 15, 2025, Leap Motor launched the 2026 Leap C10. The new model offers five versions, priced between 122,800 and 142,800 yuan (19810$). It features a dual powertrain. The pure electric version has a CLTC range of up to 605 km. The range-extended version offers a pure electric CLTC range of 210 km, with a combined range of 1,190 km. The 2026 Leap C10 upgrades to the LEAP 3.5 technology platform, enhancing range, driving control, intelligence, and design.

The new car features an exterior design in a new color, Dawn Purple. It also has hidden door handles. The interior offers two design options: Sunset Orange and Starry Purple. The car upgrades to a 50W air-cooled wireless charger. The center console adds decorative trim. Additionally, the car now includes double-stitched seats and a new steering wheel design.

The new car features the Qualcomm SA8295P flagship chip. It runs on the upgraded Leapmotor OS 4.0 Plus. This system supports real-time perception with a 3D dynamic desktop and smart split-screen. Users can customize various 3D theme scenes. The system maps weather and day-night changes in real-time on the car interface.

The new car features advanced driver-assistance technology. It uses a leading “LiDAR + end-to-end large model” approach. The car includes 28 smart perception hardware units. It runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8650 chip, built on a 4nm process. The chip delivers 200 TOPS of computing power. The system supports 27 driver-assistance functions, including highway navigation assistance and parking assistance. Future OTA updates will add higher-level functions like commuting navigation.

The 2026 Leap C10 features a dual-power layout with pure electric and range-extended options. The pure electric version uses an 800V high-voltage silicon carbide platform. It pairs with a 74.9kWh large-capacity battery. This setup achieves a range of 605km under CLTC conditions. Its 800V fast-charging technology can recharge 30% to 80% in just 16 minutes. This charging speed nearly doubles that of mid-voltage platforms.

The extended-range version features a 28.4 kWh battery and a 50L fuel tank. It achieves a total range of 1190 km and an electric range of 210 km. Charging from 30% to 80% takes only 18 minutes. One charge meets weekly commuting needs. In terms of energy consumption, it records a low fuel consumption of 5.1L/100km under CLTC conditions.

The 2026 Leap C10 electric version features a carbon silicon three-in-one powertrain. It delivers a maximum power of 220 kW and peak torque of 360 N·m. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.9 seconds. The 800V high-voltage platform and silicon carbide technology boost the system’s efficiency to 92%. This improves efficiency by 3% compared to mid-voltage platforms. The vehicle’s range increases by 6%.

The 2026 Leap C10 features the industry’s only LMC integrated sports fusion control technology. When a tire blows at 120 km/h, the system can quickly eliminate instability within 500 milliseconds. It achieves this through integrated control of braking, steering, and driving. The technology also includes dynamic steering assistance, high-speed pre-stability control, and pre-stability for icy roads. During emergency maneuvers or quick turns, it actively optimizes the vehicle’s posture, significantly enhancing safety and comfort.
