On May 21, Changan Qiyuan held a grand delivery ceremony for the new mid-size SUV, Qiyuan Q07, in Chongqing. This event marked the start of full deliveries for the “smart SUV for the whole family.” The vehicle officially launched at the Shanghai Auto Show on April 23. To meet user expectations, Changan Qiyuan recently introduced two new variants: Qiyuan Q07 145 Zunyao and Qiyuan Q07 145 Zunrong. These models offer higher configurations for consumers. Currently, the Qiyuan Q07 lineup includes six models, with prices ranging from 129,800 to 171,800 yuan (23850$). Additionally, the official report states that orders for the new vehicle have surpassed 50,000 units.
The Changan Qiyuan Q07 features the latest family design style. The car has a rounded overall look, described as a “blade-less” design language. The slim “Smart Wing 2.0” LED daytime running lights, separate light groups, and closed grille create strong visual tension. The design balances sophistication and fashion, appealing to both individual and family users. Additionally, the car offers color options like Cloud Brocade White, Cloud Shadow Gray, Pine Smoke Black, Dots of Green, and Moonlight Silver, providing users with more personalized choices.

The car’s side features a smooth yet robust style. The straight roofline provides ample headroom for passengers. This design enhances the car’s dynamic appearance. Although it is an SUV, it boasts stylish frameless doors and two-tone sporty wheels. These elements emphasize its youthful identity. The new model measures 4837mm in length, 1920mm in width, and 1690mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2905mm. It positions itself as a large five-seat SUV.

It offers a pure electric range of 215 km under CLTC conditions and a total range of 1400 km. The 1.5L plug-in hybrid model comes with two battery options: 21.5 kWh and 31.7 kWh. It provides a pure electric range of 145 km and 215 km, respectively, under CLTC conditions. The Changan Qiyuan Q07 excels in design, features, and performance. Its outstanding cost-effectiveness led to over 30,000 orders in its first month, reaching 31,057 units. The addition of the 145 Honor and 145 Glory models will further boost Qiyuan Q07 sales.
