From May 16 to 17, Guoxuan High-Tech hosted the 2025 Global Technology Conference. At the conference, Guoxuan High-Tech launched six new battery products. This included the long-awaited all-solid-state battery, which has entered the pre-mass production stage. They also introduced the G-Yuan quasi-solid-state battery with a range of 1,000 kilometers, the G-Xing heavy-duty truck standard box that can be used for 12 years, and the world’s first single-cabin 20MWh energy storage system. Nobel Prize winner Konstantin Novoselov from the University of Manchester and Volkswagen Group Vice President Olaf Korzinovski attended and spoke at the event. The Jingshi all-solid-state battery features the first 0.2GWh pilot line with 100% domestically produced core equipment. It has begun vehicle road testing. The Jingshi battery debuted in 2024 and will achieve a qualitative leap in 2025. Material innovations include a 60% increase in ionic conductivity of sulfide electrolytes and significant improvements in air stability. The capacity of both positive and negative electrode materials has also seen major breakthroughs, laying a solid foundation for the development of all-solid-state batteries. Additionally, Guoxuan High-Tech’s first all-solid-state experimental line has officially connected. The line is 100% independently developed with a designed capacity of 0.2GWh. Through advanced coating technology, it achieves a yield rate of up to 90%. After 365 days of extreme testing, the single cell capacity of the Jingshi battery increased by 150%, while the pre-tightening force decreased by 90%. It withstands harsh tests like puncture, thermal shock, short circuit, overcharge, and compression, significantly enhancing safety performance. At the launch event, Dr. Pan Ruijun, head of R&D for the Jingshi all-solid-state battery, revealed, “The core equipment of this experimental line has a domestic production rate of 100%. We have started vehicle road testing.” This means that humanity’s vision for this ultimate battery is finally within reach.

Guanjun quasi-solid-state battery: It passed multiple stringent safety tests. Its range exceeds 1000 km. The road test has surpassed 10,000 km. In addition to the Jinshi all-solid-state battery, Guoxuan High-Tech launched the Ganjun quasi-solid-state battery. It aims to solve range anxiety and safety issues. With an energy density of 300 Wh/kg, it pushes the range of pure electric cars to 1000 km. Its solid-state design acts like a “nano-level bulletproof vest.” Even with a 3mm steel needle puncture, it remains “non-flammable and non-explosive,” creating a “safety moat” for power batteries. Additionally, it features unique adaptive solid-solid interface technology. This builds a high-speed ion transport channel, ensuring stable and efficient battery operation throughout its lifecycle. Guoxuan High-Tech’s chief scientist, Zhu Xingbao, announced at the launch that the company plans to build a 12 GWh quasi-solid-state battery production line. The prototype vehicle equipped with the Ganjun quasi-solid-state battery has already traveled over 10,000 km.

G Series Super Heavy-Duty Truck Standard Box: Single pack capacity of 116kWh. Megawatt-level ultra-fast charging. Temperature control from -40℃ to 65℃. The world’s first 116kWh single pack G Series battery achieves an energy density of 175Wh/kg, setting a new industry benchmark. It integrates four-gun charging technology with a 1000V high-voltage platform for megawatt-level ultra-charging. This boosts charging efficiency by 30%. The system uses a 600V-1000V wide voltage intelligent adjustment system, allowing flexible capacity expansion from 200 to 1000kWh. It employs low-temperature active cathode materials, ultra-wide temperature electrolyte systems, and low-temperature compatible cell formulas for triple protection. The smart control adapts to demands, ensuring efficient charging even at -30℃. The innovative “zero degradation” technology maintains zero capacity loss for the first 3000 cycles. It supports over 1.2 million kilometers of battery energy supply with zero loss and promises a lifespan of 12 years or 10,000 cycles. This product suits various applications, including tractors, mixers, loaders, mining trucks, and dump trucks. Xu Bangnan, Vice President of Guoxuan High-Tech’s China business, confirmed at the launch that the G Series heavy-duty truck standard box will enter mass production immediately, with applications already in place for multiple vehicle models.

The 20MWh energy storage battery system from Ganyuan Zhichu leads global capacity. It features integrated wind-liquid energy-saving technology and AI operation and maintenance. The system promises “light-storage co-lifespan.” This storage module uses a modular splicing design. Each module has a storage capacity of 20MWh and a lifespan of 25 years. Its technical specifications set global standards. The system includes a seven-level safety protection system that enhances operational safety and reliability in extreme environments. Additionally, it employs large model technology to create a cross-language intelligent control and operation platform. This platform enables quick fault warnings and efficient handling, greatly improving operation and maintenance quality and efficiency. Experts recognized the product’s innovation, advanced technology, and practical application value during a technology achievement evaluation organized by the China Chemical and Physical Power Industry Association. They rated it as “internationally leading.” According to Zhang Dongsheng, director of the Guoxuan High-Tech Energy Storage Research Institute, the product has secured over 6GWh in construction and intended project orders, generating strong market interest. Most importantly, Guoxuan High-Tech plans to make all integrated patents for this system public. They aim to leverage their expertise to promote the vigorous development of the energy storage industry.

Qicheng Second-Generation Battery: The World’s First LMFP Supercharging Cell Achieves a Golden Balance of Range, Cost, and Safety Cheng Qian, Senior Vice President and President of Asia-Pacific Business at Guoxuan High-Tech, announced the self-developed Qicheng manganese iron lithium cathode material and its accompanying cell technology in 2023. Last year, the company achieved full industrial chain integration. The material’s annual production capacity exceeded 10,000 tons. The cells successfully powered several mainstream automakers’ new energy vehicles. In the announcement, Cheng Qian highlighted three innovations: “LatticeFuse Super Solvent,” “High-Entropy Doping Technology,” and “Dune Self-Organizing Network Electrode Design.” These innovations solved core issues related to conductivity, compaction density, and cycle life of manganese iron lithium materials. The new generation materials achieved an ultra-high compaction density of 2.58 g/cm³ and a 5C discharge specific capacity of 140 mAh/g. Based on this, the Qicheng second-generation battery underwent a comprehensive upgrade. It supports 10-minute fast charging, with an energy density of 240 Wh/kg. The battery passed strict thermal runaway tests at the PACK level, achieving “zero thermal propagation.” It meets the range needs of pure electric vehicles at 850 kilometers and hybrid vehicles at over 1500 kilometers, alleviating user range anxiety.
