During the 2024 Beijing Auto Show, Ma Rui, a leading provider of mobile travel services in the automotive industry, showcased its latest technologies at booth W1-W01, demonstrating its strong focus on the Chinese market. Through carefully planned experiential activities, Ma Rui conveyed the concept of “design leading innovation” to invited guests.
Marelli’s booth showcases a customized experience journey based on the vehicle co-creation process stages. Visitors can explore Marelli’s various technical approaches, expertise, and solutions.
First, the Co-Creation@Speed zone will showcase the value proposition of Marelli’s software-defined car, demonstrating the scalability of Marelli’s support architecture, the portability of software, domain control standardization, and cloud virtualization technologies. Marelli’s digital twin demonstrator will show how to replicate a vehicle cockpit in the cloud, accelerating design, testing, simulation, and feature deployment wirelessly.
Next, visitors will experience the concept of Marelli software-defined cockpit in the exhibition car. The exhibition car features a centralized architecture design, driven by artificial intelligence, integrating advanced audio and sound zoning technology, electrically retractable display screens and interior components, center console projection, eco-friendly materials, multifunctional interfaces, customized “black mirror” display from A-pillar to A-pillar, and many other cutting-edge technologies.
Maruli will showcase its car lights and 360° communication technology, including car headlight products with integrated LiDAR sensors. Other technologies include award-winning laser and automotive-grade optical fiber tail lights, combining fiber optics for unique brand logos, ultra-high-definition microLED modules with road projection, signal lights, and the latest electronic and lighting control units. In addition, Maruli will present its LeanLight concept car lights, which debuted at this year’s CES in Las Vegas, featuring simplified hardware design, reduced weight, decreased carbon dioxide emissions, and cost advantages compared to traditional car light products.
The interactive experience laboratory in the exhibition area will showcase technologies aimed at enhancing vehicle sustainability, including Marelli’s fully active electromechanical suspension system, integrated thermal management module, battery cooling plate, smart actuators, dual-valve intelligent damping control, and wireless battery management system with artificial intelligence technology.
