The factory features the world’s leading Schuler stamping servo production line and an 800-ton servo press mixed uncoiling and blanking production line. The welding workshop has 1,140 robots. These robots efficiently perform key processes like automatic spot welding, gluing, and riveting. Notably, the factory employs OR-Technik-based hot-dip galvanized three-spot laser brazing technology for the first time. This method increases welding strength by 30% compared to traditional manual welding. The painting workshop uses pure water reverse osmosis technology and 2010V water-based paint processes. These ensure the durability and aesthetic quality of the paint on the new Tayron L. Additionally, the factory introduced the “Golden Nose” team, certified by Germany.
